Registration Channels

1. Parking Management Office (In-person) : Handles all types of applications including new registrations and Extension (renewals) .
2. Online Season Pass Website : Available for existing season pass holders only (excluding monthly pass holders).

Registered persons with disabilities (Grades 1–6) holding a disability registration card.
Agent Orange victims displaying the official sticker issued by the Ministry of Patriots & Veterans Affairs.
Compact cars (engine capacity under 1,000 cc).
Eco-friendly vehicles (verified via Ministry of the Interior and Safety non-face-to-face qualification service).

Vehicles parked unauthorized for 5 or more consecutive days may be subject to towing or other coercive measures.

Fee-Exempt Vehicles

Season Pass Refund Policy

If a season pass holder wishes to cancel before expiration, they must complete and submit the relevant cancellation form to the manager. Refunds will be calculated pro-rata based on the remaining days from the date of application.
‘paid season pass amount - (regular daily rate × days used) = refund amount’
If cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., transfer, leave of absence, resignation, leave of absence from school, expulsion/withdrawal), the refund will be calculated using the daily rate of the season pass fee instead of the regular daily rate.

Season pass purchase is available to professors, staff, undergraduate students, and graduate students. Payment can be made via cash or credit card.

Important Notices

Off-campus illegal parking may be ticketed or towed by municipal authorities.
On-campus parking outside designated parking spaces will result in a warning notice attached to the vehicle.
Vehicles parked unauthorized for 5 or more consecutive days may be towed or subject to other enforcement measures.
