Portal and Accounts
Through integrated authentication (SSO), users can access University information services—including the Integrated Information System, webmail, University websites, LMS, and library services—with a single login, without signing in separately to each service.

Webmail
Webmail is an email service based on the University domain (@inu.ac.kr).
Students use Gmail through Google Workspace. The various features provided by Google help strengthen communication among University members and can also be used for academic activities.
Faculty and staff use the University’s webmail service in accordance with the University’s security policies. The use of an authorized cloud-based email service helps strengthen the security of work-related data sent and received by email.

IT Service Support
The IT Service Call Center assists users with technical questions and issues encountered while using the University’s information services.

Smart Campus Mobile App
The Smart Campus mobile app provides academic and administrative support along with various convenient features. It offers information linked to the Integrated Information System, including notifications, smart attendance, course evaluations, grade inquiries, and class schedules.

Wi-Fi Information
Various Wi-Fi services are available on campus to support learning and research. Please refer to the detailed instructions on how to connect to the University’s Wi-Fi networks.
