Certificate Issuance Services (In-Person, Online, Overseas, and Fax Requests)
In-Person Visit → Service Counter
- Available Certificates: Reissuance of Teacher Certification, Certificate of Expected Completion of a Minor or Double Major, Copy of Academic Record, and Certificate of Part-Time Lecturer Employment
- Issuance Location: Academic Affairs Team, Room 104, 1st Floor, University Administration Building
- Application Method: Complete and submit an application form
- Processing Time: Issued immediately; processing may be delayed depending on circumstances
- Service Hours, excluding public holidays: During semesters, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; during vacation periods, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- No issuance fee
- Applicants requesting a certificate in person must present a valid ID.
- When applying through a representative, the representative must present the applicant’s ID, a letter of authorization, and the representative’s ID.

Visit the University → Use a Self-Service Certificate Issuance Kiosk <Counter Service Unavailable>
- Certificate Types : Enrollment, student status, student register removal, completion, graduation, expected graduation, academic transcript, tuition payment certificate
- Eligibility by Certificate Type : Enrollment (enrolled students), student status (students taking a leave of absence), student register removal (students who withdrew or lost student status), completion (fourth-year program completers plus students meeting the credit requirement for each academic year), graduation (graduates), expected graduation (enrolled students plus program completers who completed at least seven semesters), academic transcript (persons possessing university academic records)
- A certificate of expected graduation may be issued beginning on the first day of the semester and ending one day before the next degree conferment day. Students taking a leave of absence cannot receive this certificate.
- English certificate issuance requires registration of the English name through the portal menu: Academic Records Management / Profile Settings / English Name.
- Eligible Persons : Undergraduate students, graduate students, contract-program students, graduates, former students
- Issuance Locations : University Headquarters first floor, Student Welfare Center first floor, Michuhol Campus first floor
- Issuance Procedure : Enter the student ID number plus the portal password.
- Operating Hours : 08:00–23:00, every day
- Self-service certificate kiosks charge no fee.
- Certificate issuance cannot proceed if the portal password matches the six-digit birth information. Change the portal password before using the kiosk. Portal login inquiries: 032-835-8888
Online Certificate Issuance
- Application Menu : Incheon National University Website > Certificate Issuance
- Application Procedure : Log in as a member or guest, request the certificate, then print it using a color printer.
- Issuing Agency : Korea Information Certificate Authority, Inc. TEL 1644-2378
- Fees : A service fee applies. The certificate fee is KRW 1,000 for the first copy plus KRW 500 for each additional copy. The university receives no certificate fee revenue.
- International Mail Service (Delivery to an Overseas Address)
- Application Procedure : Incheon National University Website > Certificate Issuance > Certificate Mailing Service → Complete identity verification → Check academic information plus mailing address → Request certificate delivery → Choose whether document sealing is required → Pay the certificate fee plus postage → The Academic Affairs Team checks the request and sends the documents.

Certificate Request by Mail
- Certificate Types : Enrollment, student status (= leave of absence), removal, completion, graduation or expected graduation, academic transcript, tuition payment certificate, part-time lecturer career certificate, teacher certificate reissuance
- Application Procedure : Complete a certificate request form at a post office and mail it to the certificate issuance officer.
- Mailing Address : Certificate Issuance Officer, Academic Affairs Team, Room 104, Building 1, University Headquarters, Incheon National University, 119 Academy-ro, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, 22012, Republic of Korea
- Fee : No certificate issuance fee
- Only the applicant may submit a request. The university accepts no responsibility for any disadvantage caused by inaccurate information.
- A prepaid registered-mail envelope must be enclosed.
- For teacher certificate reissuance, enclose a prepaid registered-mail label purchased at a post office plus a copy of the applicant's identification card.
Government24 and Nationwide Civil Service (FAX)
- Application Channels
- In-Person Visit : Visit a metropolitan or provincial education office, city hall, county office, district office, or local administrative community center, then request Nationwide Civil Service Processing.
- Applicant: Present an identification card, such as a resident registration card, complete the civil service request form, then submit it.
- Representative: Present identification cards for both the applicant and representative, plus a letter of authorization. Complete the civil service request form, then submit it.
- Online : Government24 website (www.gov.kr) → Register a digital certificate → Log in → Civil Services
- In-Person Visit : Visit a metropolitan or provincial education office, city hall, county office, district office, or local administrative community center, then request Nationwide Civil Service Processing.
- Processing Time : The document is sent by FAX to the requested agency no later than three hours after application. *Transmission is available only to the agency FAX number. Transmission to a personal FAX number is unavailable.
- Fee : None
- Service Hours : Semester: 09:00–18:00 / Vacation: 09:00–17:00 (Closed on public holidays)
Issuance Through the Portal (portal.inu.ac.kr)

- Part-Time Lecturer : Log in to the Portal (portal.inu.ac.kr) → Integrated Information → Academic Administration → Classes → Lecturer / Lecturer Payment → Print / Issue Part-Time Lecturer Career Certificate
- Lecturer and Faculty : Log in to the Portal (portal.inu.ac.kr) → Integrated Information → General Administration → Personnel → Print / Issue Certificate
- The portal ID is the employee number, and the initial password is the six-digit date of birth.
