JOY Mission is a Christian missionary organization that works in cooperation with local churches based on the JOY Spirit: “Jesus first, Others second, You third... spell JOY,” which teaches that true joy is found when we put Jesus first, others second, and ourselves last.

JOY Mission currently operates through six regional branches, including Seoul, Gyeongin, and Jeonju, across more than 50 university campuses and in five Asian countries.

JOY Mission at Incheon National University began in 1990 and supports students in their Christian faith through a variety of campus activities, including worship services, evangelism, prayer meetings, and discipleship training, as well as membership training trips (MT), nationwide summer retreats, regional winter retreats, and overseas mission trips.
