Notice of M.S.-Ph.D. Combined Program Change – Spring 2026

2026학년도 1학기 대학원 석·박사통합과정 포기 및 학위과정 변경 신청을 아래와 같이 안내하오니,

신청을 희망하는 대학원생은 기한 내에 학과 사무실을 통해 공문 제출해주시기 바랍니다.

We hereby inform you of the application process for withdrawal from the Combined Master’s and Doctoral Program and degree course change for the 1st semester of the 2026 academic year. Graduate students who wish to apply should submit the official documents through their department office within the deadline.

※ 석박사통합과정은 4차부터는 박사 등록금이 적용되는 점 유의바라며, 석박사통합과정 포기신청 전에 석사학위취득을 위한 제반사항을 완료하였는지 확인하시기 바랍니다.

※ Note that doctoral tuition fees will apply starting from the 4th semester of Combined Program. Also, please ensure that all requirements for the Master’s degree have been fulfilled before applying withdrawal from the Combined Program.

※ 외국인의 경우 국제지원과(1호관 107호) 경유하여 확인 받은 서류로 제출해야 합니다.

※ International students must submit the application documents verified by International Students Center (Building 1, Room 107).

 가. 신청기간 : 2026. 1. 26.(월) ~ 2. 6.(금)

     Application Period: Jan 26, 2026 (Mon) ~ Feb. 6, 2026 (Fri)

 나. 신청자격 : 석·박사통합과정 2차수 이상 재학생 또는 수료생

     Eligibility: Students enrolled in the 2nd semester or above, or completed coursework Students in the Combined Master’s and Doctoral Program

 다. 신청방법: 석·박사통합과정 포기신청서(붙임1), 학위과정 변경 승인 신청서(붙임2) 학과 공문 제출

      How to Apply: Submit the “Combined M.S.&Ph.D. program Withdrawal Form” (Attachment 1) and the “Application for Approval of Degree Program Change” (Attachment 2)
